And how did these states shape the history of the Arab world?
In this episode, we explore ten significant Christian kingdoms: the Kingdom of Jurhum in
Mecca, the Kingdom of Himyar in Yemen, the Kingdom of Kindah in Najd, the
Nabataean Kingdom in Petra, and the Ghassanid Kingdom in the Levant. The author uncovers the first Christian constitution in history, established by a Himyarite king, and the story of Queen Zenobia, who played a key role in early Christian
theological disputes.
This episode also examines how some of these kingdoms became theological centers
and influenced the political and social landscape of the region.
